Q: Are the limousines safe?

A: Our limousines are cleaned and sanitized after every trip. Passengers are required to use the provided hand sanitizers upon entry and re-entry to the limousines.

 

Q: What precautions are made for COVID contamination?

A: All guests will be asked questions in-line with NSW health requirements. Every trip is documented and guest details are recorded for ease of contact.

 

Q: Will we be refunded if after our booking we cannot travel due to a COVID lock down?

A: Dream Ezi Limousines will give you a full refund for any booking impacted by a COVID lock down.

Q: Can we eat our own food in the Limousines?

A: Unfortunately, only food supplied by Dream Ezi can be consumed in the limousines.

 

Q: Can we smoke or drink alcohol in the limousines?

A: Our limousines are strictly no smoking for the health of all guests. Alcohol can only be provided by Dream Ezi Limousines and can only be consumed by guests if all guests are over 18 and have, where necessary, provided photo ID.

 

Q: Can we change the destinations in your party packages?

A: All party packages and tours can be altered to suit your needs. Our main focus is to ensure that your experience with Dream Ezi Limousines is one to remember.

 

Q: If we have a party for ten people can we book more limousines? Is the price the same?

A: Dream Ezi Limousines have many limousines available and we can provide many cars to suit your needs. We will be more than happy to negotiate an even greater value deal with a multi-limousine booking.

 

Q: How can we pay for our limousine booking?

A: Upon booking you will be emailed an invoice with trip information and direct deposit details. 50% deposit must be paid to confirm the booking. The balance must be paid 7 days prior to the booking date.

 

Q: If we need to book a short notice trip how can payment be made?

A: Dream Ezi Limousines requires full payment prior to the limousine arrival. A direct deposit can be made by your smart phone or device with a confirmation email to Dream Ezi.

 

Q: Are there any extra costs involved in my Limousine Hire?

A: All limousine bookings and party packages are quoted up-front so you know exactly what the cost will be prior to payment.
